Pics by Eriks Photography operates private client galleries and an Adobe Lightroom integration that helps the studio turn a client's confirmed photo selection into a Lightroom project album containing the matching original photographs.
Information we process
- Adobe account and Lightroom catalog identifiers returned after the photographer authorizes the connection.
- Encrypted authorization tokens needed to keep that connection active.
- Lightroom asset metadata, including filenames and asset identifiers, so selected proof filenames can be matched to the photographer's originals.
- Client selection information, such as selected filenames, gallery name and confirmation status.
- Limited operational records needed to report whether an album was created or whether a filename did not match.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate the studio's Adobe account, find the originals that match a confirmed client selection, create or update the corresponding Lightroom project album, prevent duplicates, and diagnose errors. The integration does not use client proof copies as editing originals.
Storage and security
Adobe authorization tokens are encrypted at rest and are available only to the private studio service. Gallery access is restricted, and client galleries use private links and access controls. The integration does not sell personal information or use Lightroom content for advertising.
Service providers
We use Adobe to access Lightroom with the photographer's permission, Render to operate the private gallery service, and Backblaze to store gallery media. Each provider processes information only as needed to deliver its service and under its own privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
Connection credentials are retained while the photographer keeps the integration connected. Selection and album status records are retained as part of the studio's delivery history. The photographer may revoke Adobe access at any time through Adobe account permissions or request that the studio disconnect the integration and delete its stored connection.
Your choices
Clients may contact the studio to ask about their gallery information. The photographer controls the Adobe connection and can revoke it without changing the original photographs in Lightroom.
